URGENT HELP ME PLEASE!!!! Site broke after template switch?

All I did was switch the template from their default to the 241 that was available for download. Well, it showed a blank page with no changes made. Then I switched it back to the original, and still nothing?

I have done this several times on one of my own installations with zero problems.. what the heck.. whoever installed this for them must have done something shady..

Please please help :)

This is the message on one of the templates.. funny thing is I didn't make any changes!
