Coupon tax problem

TAX CALCULATION IS CORRECT TILL A COUPON IS APPLIED.SEE FOLLOWING. TAX IS 4.712% WHAT DO I DO?????????????

can you please post what version of Zen Cart you are using,
and what settings you have for Coupons in your admin panel

Admin->modules->order totals->coupons

Do you mean the settings in coupon admin or settings in config/my store area ?

Thank you for the help. I read your e-mail better and found the area I needed to be in. I had changed the Mod settings to

Include Tax
true

Re-calculate Tax
Credit Note

Tax Class
Taxable Goods
