Get rid of parentheses around shipping methods?

In the shipping estimator and the cart there
are parentheses around each shipping method.

I'd like to remove them.. Example:

Available Shipping Methods Rates

(FedEx 2Day® ) $201.81
(FedEx Express Saver® ) $179.18
(FedEx Ground® ) $120.73

Changed to...

FedEx 2Day® $201.81
FedEx Express Saver® $179.18
FedEx Ground® $120.73

Any ideas?

Unfortunately, those are hardcoded in the php code at this time - you will have to find them in each modules code and carefully remove them.
