Currency Conversion Ratio - can I add to 1.3.0?

Hi,

i am using Zen cart V1.3.0 Japanese version.
i know that there is a function in V1.38 called "Currency Conversion Ratio" which multiply a "uplift" ratio to the bank rate.

i really need this function on my zen cart V1.3.0.

How can i clone this module from V1.3.8 to V1.3.0?
