Is anyone able to log in to GoogleCheckout today?

Is anyone able to log in and use GoogleCheckout today?

I'm not sure if there's something wrong with my computer/connection, but I haven't been able to successfully access my GC account today, the page either loads partially or doesn't load at all. I have problems accessing google.com as well.

I can log in fine. Try clearing your cache and/or rebooting your PC and/or modem. If that fails (which I doubt) try a different browser.

I have tried IE and Firefox, cleared the cache on both, but still no luck.

I was able to access it very briefly just enough to process one order.

You're in the U.K., right? Not sure if this is an issue with only those in the U.S.

I've tried pinging google.com, sometimes succesfully, most of the time fails.

Perhaps if you try a tracert instead of a ping then you'll see if there are any obvious problems getting to Google. Starting to sound like an ISP problem.
