Disappearing Information text

Anytime I move the mouse over the Information Side Panel, all of the text disappear except for the bottom one that is "Newsletter Unsubscribe". but then i click on other link or refresh it comes back. See pics...

I thought it was CSS, but then why does the "Newsletter Unsubcribe" works?

I am using IE8, has anyone else experienced this issue?

Sorry everyone, found that it did this in "Compatibilty mode" in IE8, but when I unchecked it, then it worked
