changing text for links to Products, Specials etc.

I am absolutely new to Zen Cart and trying to find out how to change the links at the top of the pages. I need Zen Cart for selling CD's, so I would rather need links like Composers, Performers or Labels, instead of Products, Reviews or Specials.
Thanks for help!

All output text is defined in language files, so you can search in admin > Tools > Developers Toolkit for the text you want to change, find the relevant define file, and edit that as you wish.

Don't forget to use the override system when saving your changes to protect them during the next upgrade/update.
