Free Shipping over different amounts in different zones

Hi,
I'm using 1.3.8a and I've set up my shipping based on zone rates for different geo zones within the UK. I have 2 different zones that I will ship to: the first costs £40 up to £249 and is free thereafter. The second costs £80 up to £399 and is free thereafter. I've set up the
Zone 1 Shipping Table as follows: 249:40.00,250:0.00 and Zone 2 like this 399:80.00, 400:0.00. So far so good, but when I try it out, any amount over the £249 or £399 is treated as undefined and I get a message telling me to contact us for the shipping cost (which is what I have changed the undefined message to, as I need that for other areas within the UK).
I've looked at the free shipping options but it only allows you to set it up for one zone.
Is there anyway to set up the shipping module so that it actually recognises that there is free shipping over those 2 amounts in the different zones? Or am I doing something wrong.

What was your revelation? :smile:

I'd put the £0.00 cost at £250 (zone 1) or £400 (zone 2) meaning that it would only kick in if someone actually ordered £250 or £400 worth of goods instead of making it a much higher number to allow for free shipping at or over that amount. It's now £100,000 in both zones, and working fine. :smile:
