Contact Us emails won't send HTML

Hi, friends

I've met a weird problem while I use 'tools-send email' to send out mails: customers can get HTML email with images while mail addresses from "Contact Us" Email Dropdown List cannot! The 'Contact Us' would only get email without images!:no:

Any help would be highly appreciated,

Emails generated by the Contact Us form are intended to send only as text messages, not HTML.
