Gift wrap option

Hi I wonder if anyone can help, I would like to add a gift wrap option at check out so the customer can tick the box if they require it and have an text area appear so they can write there gift tag message. If anyone can help me do this I will be very greateful.

Note that the gift tag is not currently supported; you'd need to use the Special Instructions for that.
