Altering the site map

Can anyone tell me where I can locate the site map file so that I can play around with it? I want to change the layout of it a little..

tpl_site_map_default.php is in your template_default folder. Copy it to an appropriate overrides folder and edit away.

includes/classes/site_map.php might also be of interest.
