Cleaning Up Product Titles and Descriptions

G'day,

When one has a store with 1000+ products being maintained by multiple people, it's each for common errors and breaks in editorial policy to creep in to product titles and description.

Is there an add-on, or some other easy way, that would enable me to do a string search and replace on the text in product titles and descriptions?

For example, replace "&" with "and". Add a period before </li> if it's missing.

try the following...

UPDATE products_description
SET products_name = REPLACE(products_name, '&', 'and')
WHERE products_name LIKE '%&%';
