Some css help

Im looking for abit of help please (im new here so hope this is the right place)

I want to use this HTML page but in CSS, but i cant get it to work, anyone want to help, i tried to change the whole table background area into a div area and call it outer or somthing but it did not work so had to change back to HTML.

So you have an existing site that's built on html and you wanna switch across to CSS?? I don't understand your question really but if that's the case then you need to install Zen Cart!

You don't seem to have Zen Cart installed.

Yer i have that site in html and i want it in css, it not for the zencart just the website, then click shop it takes you to the shop,
zencart is instilled on the other server as this the test one, (my one, this one for somone else)
Asked this here as it in other business issuses.
