Upcoming Products link

I'm trying to understand how to build a link in the categories box to the Upcoming Products, like the "New products", "All products". etc.
I've searched in the forum and I'm very confused because often I've read about an Upcoming Products Box... and I'm not able to find where to manage it.
However I'd like to build a link!!

Can help me? - Thanks - Osasca

This would be helpful for our site also. I haven't been able to find very much information regarding the upcoming products. Though, it does not seem like it will be very difficult.
