Shipping coming up as free, but its not free...

I just received an order from my shop and for some reason, it came up as free shipping. The product sold isn't set to free shipping so I don't know why it did... Any ideas?

Basically, I sold a t-shirt and I added an attribute which adds one additional tee at @ +$5.00. Thats the only thing different about this item.

I'm at a complete loss here...

Oh, and the customer selected payment by check. I have the most current version of zen-cart.

What shipping methods are you using?

Have you tried to reproduce this with the same products in an order and shipping address?

Have you an URL to this product that we can test?
