Where can I set the background color for input fields?

Where can I set the background color for input fields?

I've searched the forum and cannot seem to find what I'm looking for. For example - if you visit my site and either click into the search box in the header or go to the create account page (any of these user input fields)... the background color is all cyan.

I haven't been able to find out where/how to change this. Any thoughts?

input:focus, select:focus, textarea:focus {
background: #E4FEF5;
}
