Missing Menus

Hi all,
Please excuse me if this is a question covered many times, I've searched but cant find the answer.

I have recently changed the template and now I have lost my menu and cart.. please see attatched screendump.

Anyone able to shed any light with this? I have a feeling I'm out of my league with all this, I just cant do all the coding and change it etc.

Any help greatly appriciated

nothing to worry about simply reset your boxes goto Admin>tools>layout boxes controller and at the bottom of the page click reset. Done:)

Ahhhhhh hours of headstress for something so easy. easy when you know how.. thank you SOOOOOO much for your help, my business plans were quickly slipping away then lol.

Thank you for the answer in such a quick time, I'm sure ill need help throughout the next few days with this, I relaly hope im not in over my head, I just hope I'll get help as friendly as this.. great community this far :)
