Uploading zen_cart from my computer to my online domain

I have installed zen-cart on my computer and have built my cart. Now I need to upload it to my domain on my hosting server. mI need a step by step details on how to do this. Can I upload my exiting cart so I will not have to redo it online again? Thanks

It's basically the same thing as the link above. The "old host" is your computer.

DrByte:

I have read and re-read this tutorial and am struggling with step six:

'6- Using phpMyAdmin, restore your old site's database into the new database you created in step 4.'

Could anyone tell me where I can find a guide on how to do this?

Regards.

Re: Uploading zen_cart from my computer to my online domain

I found this by googling "phpmyadmin restore database":
