Chmod 644 still getting red
Hi, did a search and could not find the answer to the problem I am having. I am sure someone else must of have the same problem.
Just install a fresh copy today. Did everything, opened the front page and got the RED box This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file (read-only, CHMOD 644 or 444 are typical).
MY FILE IS CHMOD TO 644 and still getting this red error message.
Is there another link to resolve this problem.
