image handler-images do dispay in store

I am using the latest image handler. The images appear in the image handler but not in the store. I added images with the different numbers _01, _02, etc. Sometimes the pictures are uploaded and they all have the same extension number but again do not appear in the store. Since there are two pictures with the same number, it does not allow me to delete the pictures either. I clear the cache as previously suggested. When I upload I used the default the field, I'm not sure if that is correct. But it appears the the image sizes are correct, small, med, and large.

I see that .jpg cannot be in caps and that seems to be what the problem was. However, now the pictures are there but they are lined up against each other. Is there a way to evenly space them in the store page?
