Manage physical and internet shop

I need some good idea to manage phisical store invoices toghether zencart store invoices.

is there any software that I can install to manage all together?

the problem is that the invoices numbers on zen cart must follow also the sales in my phisical store too!

I think to do these sorts of integrations you really need a "third man" program. Shopping carts and POS's are really sales channels. At the end of the day, somebody has to be right. You certainly don't want your brick and mortar sales actually showing up in zen-cart or vice versa.
Hunt around on sourceforge for ERP systems!
