Cleanup in shipping

On the new 1.3.8a site I just setup, http://niagaraicewineshop.com we have shipping, taxes and everything else included in the prices.

So I have enabled the FREE SHIPPING and that works but would like to kind of clean up the checkout screen at bit.
It currently shows FREE SHIPPING! (Free Shipping Only)

Where can I change that so it says "Shipping Included" or something to that effect.

I would also like to remove the "estimate shipping" from the checkout.

Second question first!

To remove the shipping estimator:

admin - configuration - shipping and packaging

'Shipping Estimator Display Settings for Shopping Cart'

Set to '0'

To change the text that is displayed you want the language file for that particular module.

includes - languages - english - modules - shipping - yourtemplate - freeshipper.php

Alter the text to whatever you want :D

I did a search for the text in the Developer and there was just way too many files listed.
