Redirect loop from google ads

Hello,

sorry that this is my 3rd post on the matter but each time I find a new clue.

I receive the following error message when I press on my google ads that appear on the right of google search:

Redirect Loop

Redirection limit for this URL exceeded. Unable to load the requested page. This may be caused by cookies that are blocked.

The browser has stopped trying to retrieve the requested item. The site is redirecting the request in a way that will never complete.

• NOTE: If accepting the site's cookies does not resolve the problem, it is probably a server configuration
  issue and not your computer.

The url that I set it to go to is http://www.naturalfinesse.com and when I press on the google ad it sends me to the following url http://www.naturalfinesse.com/?gclid=CNrSoYXHopsCFYwVzAodfjChCA

What do I do to fix the problem?

PS: I use simple seo urls and I have the latest version of zencart

Anyone have a solution to the problem stated above? Whenever the ?gclid parameter is added to our home page, the page gets stuck in a redirect loop. What setting am I missing?
