Think Iv'e screwed up my payment process - Fast & Easy Checkout

Hi, I just tried to install fast and easy checkout and now I can't see payment options when completing the checkout... I have used the uninstal SQL patch but the problem still remains.. what have I done wrong?

Ok Now Ive really done it! I went to modify the sort order of my payment modules, refreshed the website and now it's a blank page! Ive not a clue What Ive Done!!!. Just a question will a database restore replace all the php files I replaced with the newly installed FEC module? becuase I can just restore it.

My page is working now all of a sudden but my admin page will not load anymore giving me this error message.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: read() in D:\inetpub\vhosts\offerusaprice.co.uk\httpdocs\admin\includes\application_top.php on line 106

What does it mean?
