Customer getting orders from another customer
Today I have received a email message from one of my customers
Hi,
I've received order confirmations that I did not place. They are #'s: xxx, xxx, xxx, xxx.
I just registered today, and only ordered three freebies. all on one order. I received that confirmation, order #xxx.
And also, a lady sent me an email...that says before she registered, and when she was placing freebie items into the cart, my info showed up.
does anyone have faced this before?
