HELP! My product images disappear in secure mode

During checkout, when https kicks in, im noticing that all of my product images and logo is disappearing and showing them as text files. I have lost so many sales as a result of this!

My website: http://www.thecataloguestop.com and https://www.thecataloguestop.com. Do you see that I mean?

I put it down for maintenence until I can rectify this situation. Help is greatly appreciated.

Please post your includes/configure.php - Without your passwords.

Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.

Re: HELP! My product images disappear in secure mode

Attempting to access your logo.gif file directly gives a 404 error:
https://www.thecataloguestop.com/includes/templates/pure_black/images/logo.gif
Same in non-SSL mode:
http://www.thecataloguestop.com/includes/templates/pure_black/images/logo.gif

Perhaps you have enabled something that attempts to prevent image theft (either via your hosting control panel or by manually editing .htaccess settings), and it's not working properly?

And maybe you have some redirects happening in your .htaccess files?

We recommend using the "cache" folder inside the Zen Cart folder // ie: /path/to/your/webspace/public_html/zen/cache -- leave no trailing slash define('SQL_CACHE_METHOD', 'database'); define('DIR_FS_SQL_CACHE', '/home/tinstew/public_html/cache'); // EOF

Re: HELP! My product images disappear in secure mode

If the problems began after adding the SSL certificate, then you probably need to talk to your hosting company to make sure that the SSL certificate has been properly installed.
