How to remove Quantity box next to Add to Cart Button?

Been setting up a new site and due to the special nature of these items, there is only ever a quantity of one in stock.

So, I think we can ditch the quantity box that is next to the add to cart button.

However, the code on the tpl_product_info_display.php file seems to intertwine the two. I'm not that great at php to be able to just snip the code to get rid of the quantity box.

Secondly: I did it on other sites recently, but I forgot how I managed it ...
The product listing page ... how to get rid of the add to cart button all together and replace it with the More Details text - regardless of attributes or not.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks so much.
Sometimes your eyes just glaze over the obvious after staring and searching endlessly. :shocking:
