Using CSS to change background of links in header
Hi,
I have v 1.3.8 and am trying to change the background of my links in the navigation category tabs in the header (similar to how amazon.com has them).
I have attempted a few things but can not quite get it right. I want the links to show up blue with a white background and having blue as the background color in the wrapper.
If anyone knows how to do please give some code, thank you.

Thank you,
