shipworks not working after patch install

after the new security patch install and changing out admin folder, we also updated our path in shipworks to find the appropriate file, but it is not working.

Please help we have over 100 orders to process from the weekend and cannot pull my orders.

Shipworks is commercial software. You should contact them for help.

Back the patch out, replace the html_output file with the stock one, rename the admin, set up a htaccess file to only allow your ip address into the admin, advise shipworks of the issue, process shipments as normal while waiting for shipworks to come up with a fix.
