June 25th Security Patch effect Banners?

For some reason I can no longer delete or modify a banner in banner manger?

The only thing I think I did recently that would affect this was add the Security Patch that was just released...is this a bug?

If you didn't properly install the security patch, it could affect your ability to save settings you change in your admin area.

I do not think I installed it wrong, was not very much to it? I applied your other suggestions in the zip and changed my permissions to the directory and files you recommended do any of those effect banners?

The security patch does not specifically affect banners.
But it can affect all admin pages if not installed properly (ie: wrong files to wrong places, etc).

Ok I double checked and it is installed correctly, I'm thinking one of the recommendations you specify in the file important_site_security_recommendations.html is causing this?

Anything there that can affect banner manager?
