Customised checkout_shipping.php now comes up as blank page?!

I've edited the public_html file.
I just made it like this

define('TABLE_HEADING_SHIPPING_METHOD', 'Shipping Method:');
define('TEXT_CHOOSE_SHIPPING_METHOD', 'Please select the preferred shipping method to use on this order.');
define('TITLE_PLEASE_SELECT', 'Please Select');
define('TEXT_ENTER_SHIPPING_INFORMATION', 'This is currently the only shipping method available to use on this order.');
define('TITLE_NO_SHIPPING_AVAILABLE', '');
define('TEXT_NO_SHIPPING_AVAILABLE', '<span class="alert"></span><br />) '';

define('TABLE_HEADING_COMMENTS', 'Special Instructions');

So I got rid of some text that i didnt want and now when I go to my checkout page it just comes up as a blank page. Maybe I just need that section as it would be normally, its default text, so that I can copy and paste it to its original, since I didnt back it up.

You're missing a closing single quote (red) and remove the quotes in blue.
