Need some Help stuck in Installation

I am trying to install zen cart. I have followed the install Tutorials and until this point everything has gone smooth. I am to the point of running the setup. I get to Database set up and keep getting this error..Connection to Database failed
Access denied for user 'littlelb_zencart'@'174.133.71.27' (using password: YES)..
I did create my database, and yes I have granted permission on it. My host is mysitepages. It is a free site I am doing this for a class and more of a test site. I have tried putting in localhost in the database host and I have tried putting in the server IP address.. I even tried NS1.SITEPAGES.ORG which is the server name.. there are primary and seconday.. Tried both.. I have done everything I can think of and still I am stuck. My user name and password everything is correct.... What could I be missing. I went into Tutorials/FAQ and only answers I got I already tried, I did search this forum also get the same answers Grant permission, and create database.... Any help anyone can give me would be wonderful.. Thanks in advance!!

You probably need to ask your hosting company for the correct settings to use for accessing the database.

Thanks for your response, I did email my hosting company before I even posted on here. So far no response, I plan on calling them tomorrow if I can find a phone number. I was just hoping someone on here would have a answer for me :D.
