Order not coming through

In the last couple days ive had instances where customers order get to the confirmation page o fthe check out and everything but no order comes through email or the admin.

Its happened on a paypal order and a check order

seems alot of people get this problem alot and nobody has an answer i guess so we ignore the problem

Have you tested your own checkout to see if you can complete orders for all methods of payment?

yep has worked for me and others. Just once in awhile the order wont come through
