All Categories in Admin Don't Show

For some reason, all of the categories in the catalog in the Admin area aren't showing up (see attached picture).

I've increased the max_execution_time to 5 minutes, but that doesn't help. Any ideas?

I'm using Zen Cart 1.3.8 with the new security patch. It's a fresh install with a backed up database. Any other details needed, please ask. Thanks!

A link to your site would help, too. Which categories aren't showing up?

Do you have products in the Top category? You can have products or subcategories in a category, but not both.

There are several sub-categories located within the categories. No products are in the top categories.
