Changing Footer and disclaimer

https://www.proav.airportcircle.com

I'm trying to figure out how to change the whole Copyright area and the powered by zen cart and the privacy notice and all that stuff.. where do i go to do that.

and one more question...

if you notice, I have the nav bar by the footer duplicated at the top of my page as well.. i am having some trouble trying to get both of those centered on the page. any suggestions?

You can change the information in the footer in includes/languages/YOUR_TEMPLATE/english.php. Look for

  define('FOOTER_TEXT_BODY', 'Copyright © ' . date('Y') . ' <a href="' . zen_href_link(FILENAME_DEFAULT) . '" target="_blank">' . STORE_NAME . '</a>. Powered by <a href="http://www.zen-cart.com" target="_blank">Zen Cart</a>');

If you want, you can look at the sites in my sig to see how I changed that area.

Thank you, do you have any insight on my second question? It is referring to the links in the footer ie: home, homepage, specials etc.
How do i get that to center?
