Nothing Works after Welcome Page

Alright, so I've followed all the instructions, and have installed Zen-Cart onto my server. I have put all the directeries where they are supposed to be, have changed the permissions for all the files that were supposed to and I'm stuck. I open the zc_install file on my server, and it brings me the "Welcome to ZenCart" page. It says, if you are using ZC for the first time, click to continue, and you will be guided through the installation process. Great right? Well I click continue, and I get a blank page. What did I do wrong?

I would reload the files, it sounds like you are getting errors from bad, corrupt or missing files ...

Tried again. Didn't work. I don't know what the problem is. Will someone do it for me? Haha. I'm stuck. What do I do?!

If your Hosting account provides you access to Error logs you could look to see what errors, if any, are showing.

i had the same problem ,but am getting 403 error now.

i went onto my server, deleted all the directory and uploaded them again, which will work, only i am getting 403-forbidden.
but i suggest u try that first, it might work.

back to a blank page when i enter the installation path.

This really sounds like you have bad, missing or otherwise corrupt files on your FTP upload to the site ...

When you are doing these uploads, have you tried to delete all of the previous Zen Cart upload from the server and then upload Zen Cart?

What FTP program are you using?

was using dreamweaver , but have now moved onto filezilla, seem to be working better, will post outcome here.
