The admin control panel in read only form

Hi,
The control panel is in the manager's way of reading just after placing the patches, not the html help for editing pages.

I may not explain well, after placing the patch, my control panel administrator deconfigure, right now I need to edit the pages and I do not support html editor using an external editor amending the lodgement of the template agradesco help, in short, I need to edit the pages as he did before getting patches.
