Blue Voda as E Commerce Site

Hello,new to Zen Cart
I am currrently building a site using BLue Voda.
We've decided to use Zen cart rather then Soholunch's cart becuase issues with their templates. (LOVE YOURS)

Zen cart is offerend on the blue voda C panel.
I have installed it on a sub domain since it will be handling the "backside" of the site.

We currently have a live site operating under our domain name so Blue Voda has assigned us a temp domain name..

when I try to log in I get a white page saying I have successfully installed Zen Cart .. however I can't log in and I don't get a log in screen

the link is http://208.43.222.137/~kadehous/cart/shop/

what am i doing wrong..

the subdoman is "cart"
and the directory is "shop"

HELP:cry:

Re: Blue Voda as E Commerce Site

It dosen't seem like the "cart" part of your url is properly in your config.php file. (my guess)

Re: Blue Voda as E Commerce Site

Thanks .. I can't get ANYTHING TO WORK WITH Zen Cart

I installed the version that is offered with Blue Voda and I get a white page..

I downloaded and installed a fresh copy of the cart from the Zen Cart site same thing..

NO access to the admin login

here's what I get..http://208.43.222.137/~kadehous/cart

The Version from the Blue Voda server is Zen Cart 1.3.8a

The Version I downloaded from the same 1.3.8
I unzipped the file and uploaded via FTP to the server.. and followed the tutorial..to change permissions etc.

Blue Voda support tells me those paths are "invalid"

I REALLY REALLY NEED HELP HERE>>
This is delaying the development of the site..
HELLLLLLLLLLLLP:cry:
