Random Malformed order confirmation emails

I was just asking for confirmation that the symptoms were the same as originally reported, and not merely undesired display. It wasn't clear from your post.

Re: Random Malformed order confirmation emails

Thanks for that - appreciate all your help so far. I did receive a message from "TheOracle" directly from the contact form off my website - my sincere thanks to The Oracle for that! Thought I would post it here for others to benefit from as well. Will try it out now.

"The answer you're looking for is in your includes/modules//attributes.php file.

Hopefully, PHP codes will work in the contact form so let's try it out.

Find:

$products_options_array[] = array('id' => $products_options->fields['products_options_values_id'],
'text' =>
$products_options->fields['products_options_values_name']);

replace with:

$products_options_array[] = array('id' => $products_options->fields['products_options_values_id'],
'text' =>
zen_output_string_protected($products_options->fields['products_options_values_name']));

Let me know how it goes after replacing this block. This should return HTML special characters from your attributes.

Now, if the error you're reporting 'only' shows from the email message, there's also a way to fix it.

Regards."
