Adding Subcategories/products to header navgation

Hi there,

I was just wondering is it possible to add subcategories/products of the top category to the header navigation.

currently I am looking in the categories_tabs.php from
includes/modules/MY_SITE_NAME/categories_tabs.php (copied to assist override system) but all that in it is the top/main categories

So what I am trying to do is

Category1 | Category2 | Category3

Cat2_subcat1 | Cat2_subcat2 | Cat2_subcat3

Kinda Drop down style menu ...:wacko:

Consider some of the free add-ons to give you different category displays.

I use a clone of the Apple Zen template here, and at this site, I am using clickshow/hide categories menu.

Glenn Herbert has a nice categories dressing module
