Gift Certificates and Coupons

Is it possible to use a gift certificate and a coupon in the same transaction? And if so, how do I turn that on?

Turn on the Gift Certificates and Discount Coupons in the Modules ... Order Totals ...

On the checkout_payment page there will be a place to add a Discount Coupon and apply all or a portion of a GV Balance ...

These are only available if a Discount Coupon has been created and if the Customer has a GV Balance to use ...
