Anyone with Vista and IE7 that can help?

I finsihed and launched a client site today...everything tested fine in all my browser tests, but on my laptop which uses IE7 with Vista the site looks way off....but yet when I tested on 2 different web browser sites the site looked fine with that combination of IE7 and Vista...

Can someone please take a peak and let me know if it looks OK or is the header a mess?

ETA: I am also noticing that the site changes EVERY time I refresh the page...buttons go missing layout changes....I know Vista is a mess but is this a problem with Vista or my computer?!?!?!?

I just checked your site in IE7 with Vista on my laptop (and I checked in FF 3) and everything looks great! I have had problems in the past with sites missing buttons or changing on refresh and it usually went away when I cleared my cache.
