How can i set up free shipping on...?

Hello,

Is there a way to setup a rule to apply free shipping on products that are $12.99 & up when twelve or more items are puchased? or a additional shipping module available out there?

Let me know if anyone has any ideas...

You would need to write a custom shipping module for this ...

What happens with products not $12.99 and up in quantities of 12 or more? How are these to be shipped?
