Which is a good Payment Option?

I am new obviously both to a online business and Zen Cart. I am going to sell DVDs which will have a every small gross margin profit so I need to save much as possible.

I see there are several payment options in Zen Cart Module. For those who have experience can you give me some hints as to which is the best payment with the least fee?

Thanks all.
