Probelm with Orders and order Confirmation Email using globill module

Hello,

I have setup my online zencart shop perfectlly and also set a globill as payment gateway.

But the problem is when some one generates an order .. it will show me the user registration details in Admin > Customers

But its not showing me the orders details in Admin > Orders.. even when i see the database through myphp admin orders table in db is empty.

And even there is no email confirmation of orders to my email as well as to cleint email etc .. but client can register > confirm order and even pay for particluar product in globill gateway .. i get the confirmation from my gateway that order confirmation and payment is done.

But i am not able to see order details in zencart Admin or through my email..

please suggest what is the problem.

Database Patch Level: 1.3.8

When user register with my site using registration form zencart script send email to user ... but when use confirm order and even make a payment we receive no email confirmation as well as nothing in Admin > Customers > orders > All

That sounds like there may be some sort of bug or error occurring when the customer is making payment ... which means the problem is likely in the payment module you're using.
Zen Cart doesn't store the order details until the payment module says the payment has been made and acknowledged. If a problem occurs after the actual payment is made and before the module can tell Zen Cart that they payment was completed, then you'll never see the order.
You'll have to address the error in the addon in order to fix whatever problem you're experiencing.

I have done that debug-logging part also.

1. Uploaded the enclosed enable_error_logging.php file to the /includes/extra_configures/ folder.

2. Also make sure that /cache/ folder permissions are set to writable.

3. Test the page on the site that is having problems -- i did all things from registration > log in > checkout page > confirm order.

4. Open the latest /cache/ but i didn't found any myDEBUG-xxxxxxx.log file under this folder.

Sounds like something may be wrong with the globill addon you're using.

Attached is the globill module which i get it from globill admin.

Please let me know whats wrong with that.

One thing more : -

i can send user details and order number to globill. but i also wanna send client order details like Item Name, quantity, Price , Shipping Price and Total Price.

I want to add that While loop to get order item details from cart, session or DB and Draw Hidden Feild..

Hi, I am using globill as well! I had the same problem and figgured the following:

The Problem is not the Module, the module works fine. You have to change your settings at globill.net.

Solution:

1. Log into your Globill.net account

2. Go to My Websites and click +show on the left next to your website

3. Scroll down to redirection an open it

4. Activate Redirection and Redirect to: ht tp://ww w.yourdomain.com/ZENCART-FOLDER/index.php?main_page=checkout_process

Works perfect. Customer gets order confirmation email and you get your customers safed in admin. Shopping cart is empty after purchase.

I am also having the same issues. Customer can checkout and pay using Globill but there are times when customer checkout and pay successfully but order confirmation is not logged in to the webstore admin and in the end, I get the email from Globill.com on the payment done OK without any cart details at all. The scripting for the Zencart globill payment module is pretty lousy.. there is no Shopping Cart details given in the Globill payment. No items shown.. No product codes shown..

In the end, I have to email each and every customer to get the details of Delivery address and items ordered.

Anyone has a better Globill module which has been modified to get the Shopping Cart details?
