What patches need to be applied?

I've been working in a test environment, tinkering a lot to get familiar with ZC. Now I'm ready to create my production environment, and I've decided to do a clean install.

I found this thread that list security patches:

I didn't know about this when I setup my test environment. If I download the current version (1.3.8a, I assume), are these patches included in that? Or do I need to apply each of the ones listed at the end under 1.3.8?
