Hi all,
I have just installed Zen Cart as a demo for a customer and all has been fine until I try to add more than one product to a category.

As soon as I do the main item description disappears. Examples below:

Descriptions displaying
http://hornby.cz/rana/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=4&products_id=4

Description not displaying
http://hornby.cz/rana/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=7

I notice that as soon as I add a second item the URLs change significantly, so perhaps that is something to do with the problem?

Now whilst i am sure this is just a simple problem in the configuration rather than any kind of bug i cannot get my head around it - any help would be much appreciated

What version of Zen Cart are you using?

Has your site been upgraded? When? From what version(s)?

What addons have you installed? When?

-none

In what ways is your site customized or different from a brand new uncustomized install?

-Using a customised red_passion template

No, I have switched it now to Classic Contemporary Green and you can see it still doesnt show:

my next suggestion would be installing Debug utility found on Addon section. if there are any PHP errors , this utility will log it . that is the only thing i can suggest at this time.

Sorry, I dont fully understand that - where do I find the debug utility/add-on section?

Ah, sorry, I misunderstood you, I thought you meant something in the ACP

Okay, I did that and no errors, ah well, looks like a fresh install is in order and see if I can ##############te it :(
