Diffrent quantities for diffrent sizes in drop down menu

Hi
I have just managed to add a drop down menu with shoe sizes but i now need to add how much quantaty i have of a particular size. i have no idea where to start. thanks for your help

Look for Kuroi's "Stock by Attribute" mod in Free Addons.

thank you very helpfull. just 1 more problem. is there an easy way of editing the atributs so they change for 1 shoe but not for the other. in admin i went to Categories / Products - Shoes and clicked on atributs for shoes 1 and clicked on copy atributes to shoe 2. but now i need to edit what sizes and quantities i have for shoe 2. hope that makes sence
