Looking for a critique as well as one question.

My site is completed and I have a flash banner on the first page. I can't seem to eliminate that space at the top (just above the banner) so that it is flush with the left and right side boxes at the very top. I am guessing I need to edit a file somewhere to eliminate this space. The define main page is just fine. So it must be in a php file somewhere.

Electronic Cigarettes

Thanks! I appreciate any feedback.

Re: Looking for a critique as well as one question.

try adding:

.centerColumn{padding-top:0px;}

and

h1 #indexDefaultHeading{display:none;}

toward the bottom of your style sheet. (Past line 400 at least.)

Re: Looking for a critique as well as one question.

Here is someone with a similar complain, but his problem is only happening in IE. Mine is happening in both.

Here is the thread in case it might be useful to someone.

Thanks! I am going to try this when I get home later in the AM!

Re: Looking for a critique as well as one question.

The only thing I have in .centercolumn is this

.centerColumn, #bannerOne, #bannerTwo, #bannerThree, #bannerFour, #bannerFive, #bannerSix {
padding: 20px;
}

The only H1 reference is:

h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 {
margin: 0.3em 3px;
}

Will this still work?

Re: Looking for a critique as well as one question.

Add the two lines I posted to the BOTTOM of your style sheet and see what happens.

Don't worry about what is already there.

Great it worked! Thanks so much. I am not too familiar with CSS so I had no clue adding it to the bottom would make a difference!
